Our Triduum Retreat is a time to pray, discern, relax and get to know the youngest Midwest Capuchins

Our annual Triduum Retreat is coming up on April 17-20, Holy Thursday through Easter Sunday. The event begins with supper on Holy Thursday and actually ends after the Easter Vigil late on Holy Saturday, but most participants stay overnight and leave on Easter Sunday morning. The retreat happens at St. Lawrence Seminary and Friary in Mt. Calvary, Wisconsin. Sr. Dianne Bergant, CSA is offering four sessions during the retreat. On Saturday, July 20th, Bro. David Hirt professed his perpetual vows as a Capuchin. The morning liturgy hosted about 150 family, friends and friars who watched an emotional David profess his vows and then tearfully share the sign of peace with well-wishers. Bro. David Hirt Prepares for Perpetual Profession

Bro. David  is preparing for his perpetual profession as a Capuchin at St. Lawrence Seminary in Mt. Calvary, Wisconsin on July 20th. David recently completed his Master of Divinity Degree at Catholic Theological Union in Chicago and is beginning a Masters Degree in spirituality at Creighton University during the coming summers.
