Triduum Retreat -- A Prayerful, Relaxing Time, Getting to Know the Youngest Capuchins

Our annual Triduum Retreat is coming up on March 28-31, Holy Thursday through Easter Sunday. The event begins with Supper on Holy Thursday and actually ends after the Easter Vigil late on Holy Saturday, but most participants stay overnight and leave on Easter Sunday morning. The retreat happens at St. Lawrence Seminary and Friary in Mt. Calvary, Wisconsin.  Fr. Randy Knauf is offering four sessions during the retreat. Bros. Tien and Tom Profess Life-long Vows as Capuchins

On August 4th, Bros. Tien Dinh and Tom Nguyen professed their perpetual vows as Capuchins at St. Lawrence Seminary in Mt. Calvary, Wisconsin. The group of nine gives me the opportunity to describe three of the options available to discerners with the Midwest Capuchins. This time of initial discernment is called candidacy. The Triduum is special every year. It comprises the three holy days: Holy Thursday; Good Friday; and Holy Saturday. Each year, the Capuchin Vocation Office offers a Triduum "Retreat" at Mt.
