First Profession for Two

St Francis Mass Highlights African American Music

All our candidates and inquirers already know they are invited to attend the Capuchin jubilees and perpetual professions at Mt. Calvary, Wisconsin, August 5-6. They will be great celebrations and great ways to learn more about the Midwest Capuchins and how they pray. But an additional "event" is gradually emerging on the tail end of this power-packed weekend. Candidates coming from Detroit are planning to stay overnight in Milwaukee on Saturday, after perpetual profession, to attend the 8:30am Mass at St. Francis Parish on 4th and Brown.The Capuchin Pastor there, Michael Bertram, has down a wonderful job of building...
