Celebrating the 4th of July with a Bang!

Not all of Capuchin religious life is spiritual bliss. Sometimes you just have to relax and have a good time. Well that's what 18 Capuchins, Capuchin volunteers (CapCorps), Capuchin Candidates, and family friends did for the 4th of July at St. Clare of Assisi Friary in Chicago.I made some dry-rub spare ribs and a black-eyed pea salad. Peter Kutch and Kent Bauer did fruit salads. Tom Nguyen prepared hors d'oeuvres, and Costco provided potato salad.
